February 9-15, 2020 - PROTE in the GreenEvo delegation to Canada.

In March 2019, the PROTE-fos Lakes Reclamation Technology qualified for support as a technology of the Laureate of the 7th edition of the GreenEvo – Green Technology Accelerator program under the patronage of the Ministry of Environment (the Ministry of Climate at present). The program aims to increase exports of Polish green technologies and their promotion in foreign markets.
Concerning the fact mentioned above, on February 9-15, 2020, the PROTE company participated in this year's first GreenEvo trade mission to Canada. PROTE was represented by Mr. Lukasz Bryl – Environmental Protection and Lakes Reclamation Specialist. The event was organized by the Ministry of Climate and the National Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The promotion of PROTE services on the Canadian market started in Vancouver, at the GLOBE 2020 exhibition, during which Mr. Lukasz Bryl actively participated in selected panels and B2B meetings. PROTE's products and services were also presented during meetings with the representatives of local administration units, such as the Municipal Office of the City of Richmond (the British Columbia province). The second part of the mission took place in Toronto, where Mr. Bryl participated in a meeting at the Municipal Office of the City of Toronto on "How to do business with Toronto" as well as a seminar co-organized by the Ministry of Economy in Ontario on "How to do business with Ontario." The event ended with the meetings with the governments of two cities: Mississauga and St. Catharines (both on the territory of the Ontario province).
The mission created for PROTE opportunities for direct contact not only with companies of the private sector but also representatives of government administration related to the environmental industry. It enabled the identification and assessment of the prospects for the possible implementation of PROTE technologies on the Canadian market.
