PROTE Technologies for our Environment LLC has served the role of a partner supporting various events organized by Waterworks on numerous occasions. This time, at the 4th Open Day organized on September 2nd, 2023, by the Water and Wastewater Utility in Oświęcim. During a tour around the waterworks, children, and adults had an opportunity to learn the secrets of the production processes of water before it reached the distribution network and, after that, the tap. The visitors could see how the courageous clams stand guard in the SYMBIO system installed at the Zasole Treatment Facility to protect water safety. They also got familiar with the SeaQuest technology for preventing secondary water pollution in the supply system. This year’s Oświęcim Waterworks Open Day was an occasion to promote drinking tap water, which we strongly encourage.
