On 17-18 September 2018, the National Scientific Conference "System for the protection and renewal of biologically active land surface in Poland" took place in Kazimierz Dolny. The PROTE Company, within the framework of the partnership, presented a paper titled " Review of remediation methods and practical use of bioremediation in the elimination of hydrocarbon contamination". The speech was given by Miss Agnieszka Wolniewicz - Director of the Environmental Research and Reclamation Department, who during one of the scientific sessions acted as the co-chairperson.

The conference was also an opportunity to honour the Chairman of the Conference Mr. Prof. Jan Siuta, PhD, Eng. - Honorary President of the Polish Society of Ecological Engineering – on the occasion of his 90th Birthday Anniversary, whom we congratulate once again!
