Seminar „Methods of lakes protection and reclamation”

On April 17th at the Department of Land Improvement and Environmental Engineering of the University of Life Sciences in Poznan, Poland there was a seminar devoted to lakes protection and reclamation. In the seminar participated people from Water Protection and Research Department of PROTE company as well as staff and students of the University of Life Sciences in Poznan. During the seminar Przemysław Nowacki, PhD. spoke about operating PROTEUS – the two-module vessel used for inactivation of phosphorus directly in bottom sediments. Professor Ryszard Wiśniewski from the Laboratory of Applied Hydrobiology at the University of Nicolas Copernicus in Toruń, Poland touched upon the questions of lakes state diagnosis and the PROTE-fos method.
